Several sages like Vasistha, Viswamitra, Valmiki, Veda Vyasa, Gowthama and several others have been propagating the eternal principles of Sanatana Dharma/ Hinduism from ancient times. In this background the advent and services of Sri Sankaracharya from Kaladi of Kerala gained significance. His main thrust is Advaita philosophy which explains the “One-ness of all universal beings”. Though he lived for very short duration of 32 years, the impact of his missionary activity on the society, is very high.But many of the students and youth of this generation are not aware about the life and contributions of Sri Sankaracharya.
